Carmo 卡爾穆的味譜曾於2017年首次在著名的Ninety Plus #227批次中發表, 並打破了當年生產者定價的世界紀錄（每公斤5001.50美元）。#227批次在布達佩斯舉行的2017年世界杯沖煮賽上為選手奪得了冠軍。
這個味譜, 是在一次偶然的實驗中產生, 並於2018年的複製微實驗中, 再次成功研發出另一款優秀作品, 而且在2019年世界杯沖煮賽上, 再次為選手奪得了冠軍。
